Rendering educational support, food and accommodation to visually challenged girls who are from economically weaker section.
Tutoring of academic subjects to the students for their better understanding and also career guidance and counselling for a better future.
Mr. V. Narasimhaiah turned blind after contracting small pox at the age of 2. Hailing from a small backward village in Tumkur district of Karnataka, He completed his basic education from Divine Light School for the Blind, Whitefield, Bangalore. He worked in ITI factory as Press Operator and later in a Private Firm till 2005 where he took VRS to dedicate more time and support for the trust. Currently, he is working full-time as the President of the trust.
Mr. Varadaraju turned blind as an outcome of an illness at the age of 4. Mr.Varadaraju also hailing from a humble background did his schooling along with his schoolmate Mr.Narasimhaiah at Divine Light School for the Blind. He initially worked as transcriber at various organizations. He is presently working as Receptionist at Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) for the past 15 years. He holds the post of Secretary and dedicates his time and effort for the well being of the trust.
Mrs. Lakshmi Shankar Hebbar was born blind and hailing from an affluent family from Mysore, Karnataka is a B.A. graduate from Bangalore University. She is presently working as Receptionist at Central Bank of India - Regional Office. She functions as Managing Trustee and is a dedicated member working for growth of the trust.
